Stylish and functional, it's on streetview.If that's a water tank(?) then this is above reservoir height.If you're unsure, an 'educated' guess may be spot on If you know straight off - signal+keep it boiling.

I know where it is but not what it is? I thought it could contain a lift mechanism, but how would it be accessed for maintenance?

There wasn't a lift. I was told it was a water tank.

It may be above the nearest reservoir - but then, so are most of the buildings in the vicinity!
