Not being sure on the scale of the photo but it does look like it could be water overflowing down the front of Thruscross Dam. Edit added moments after posting. Honest I did not know of Caron's post querying water when I sent mine in.

First thoughts is it's the water feature in tropical world you can stand under, the photo is very small so it is hard to see exactly how it looks. If it isn't in tropical gardens it's another water feature in the park. Possibly the new water garden part?

phill, I know - bit tenuous. Reservoir constructed for "Leeds" in the 1960's.The mods have me b4 for this sort of thing, cant help it I love it up there. I resolve to focus and keep to city limits.Mind you, Leo got it !
