I always thought this would make a lovely viewing tower as part of an interesting town centre flat. Date stone just off pic seems to say 1886.

Top of the lower section of Merrion Street. Part of the Grand Arcade and former Tower Cinema block.What is it? Not a clue.

I'ts on Call Lane (unless I'm very wrong!). I recognised it and found this photo that I took on November 1 2011. I hope Jogon you do not mind me posting a photo in your thread.

Still there going under the guise of BRB.The White Swan - more famously known as the Mucky Duck. It would have been a brave man to walk past there in broad daylight with a camera swinging around his neck in those days.
