I've no idea where it is or why it's there, but it may help to know that the vertical lines behind the boars' heads represents "Gules", or red, in heraldry. The central bar's markings represent "Erminois" or yellow-coloured ermine.There's a boar's head above Bradford's coat of arms. Any link?

It's hard to tell on your photo, but is this to be seen on the exterior of a building, or the interior? It looks like it could be inside a building to me.
