For fun I thought I would post this photo that I took today (Aug 30 2011) and ask this question "Where can this be seen in Leeds"? Easy if you know it but may take some thinking if you don't.

Just a guess this late at night - Majestic Cinema ?? - I'll get mi' coit     
There's nothing like keeping the past alive - it makes us relieved to reflect that any bad times have gone, and happy to relive all the joyful and fascinating experiences of our own and other folks' earlier days.

It's high up to the far end of the Majestic building on Quebec Street coming from City Square. The 1921 is lasting very well if it is (as it seems it may be) the original carving of the year (presumably that when the building was built).

This photo (taken on August 30 2011) shows the Quebec Street part of the Majestic building. The position of the 1921 on the building can be seen.
