I was watching a cookery prog the other day where they were using Matzos crackers as a base for a bowl of stew.     Many thanks for your reply Caron plus every one else for there input must get some next shop.I used to eat them with butter and jam yum yum i must say they are not to every ones taste

CaronThough not Jewish, as a kid I used to love fresh bagels from Monty at Moortown corner with chopped herring (apple, egg etc) Marvellous, sounds iffy I know.See thread on here "Best Bread" which flushed out some good uns.
