I think it is where the model shop (Beatties) was before the shops on King Charles Street closed some while back now.

Hi Leodian your right about the model shop its a funny sort of street .Even in its hayday it allways seemed to be a backwater i dont think it got a lot of passing trade.

Mind you it got more trade when the King Charles pub was on King Charles Street, but that's going back very many years.
