Good eclectic thread this, lots of w&w.For any birdwatchers - Armley Mills has a very good 'platform' overlooking a riverside pond (pic attd).

Not seen the train, normally just "cycling thru"(St Michael's Lane goes a long way).Just realised Armley Mills have a locable gate down to the towpath past the front of the museum. I'd previously gone via the road, over the bridge and join towpath at 'Botany Bay'.
