I don't mind answering this one because it challenged me lol The Central clue threw me a bit as I thought that meant more city centre...anyway I knew I had seen it but where... And then suddenly ta da!! I well remember the pub too. A band I played in during the mid 1970s had a residency there when they had topless waitresses. My then-wife wasn't too pleased about such goings-on.
