Where is this feature to be found?
I usually go once or twice a year to the area very close to where this feature is but I've never gone far enough before to see this feature, so up to when I took the photo on March 2 2015 I would not have known where it was! It will be easy for those who know, so cryptic clues please for now.

A rainbow is a ribbon that Nature puts on when she washes her hair.

110 views so far but no replies yet, so I thought it is time to state where the feature is!
It is in the 'Garden of Harmony' at Roundhay Park. Coming from Princess Avenue the Garden of Harmony and other gardens are reached from the end of Canal Gardens or the Tropical World. In this photo that I took on March 2 2015 the information board seen reads "Leeds City Council. The Garden of Harmony was officially opened by the Lord Mayor of Leeds Councillor Linda Middleton on the 10th July 1997".

I thought it seemed familiar and guessed (to myself) that it was Roundhay Park, but couldn't place it exactly.
