Is this a redundant street?

It may be unfair for me to post to this What & Where as I know it, so I won't give the answer. Not only has the wall been repainted but the window over the arched window has been altered since the photo I took on October 28 2010.

Thanks Leo.I am only two years late. It is now the entrance to the Trinity construction site.
