You on the candle in the wind again?
Is this the end of the story ...or the beginning of a legend?

Is it taken from the Hilton Hotel on Neville Street?

Wow, that may be the first time I've ever been the first to guess (as in my case) or know correctly. I knew it had to have been taken from that general area but I was not certain from where!

Well done there Leo, i was attempting to take a photo of the power station cooling towers but they didn't come out -- any ideas which one it is (it's in the centre between the two nearer chimneys)?

Ferrybridge? That's purely a guess as I've not been near that for very many years but I think it may be in the general direction!

Are you sure this was taken from the Hilton Hotel on Neville St? It looks more like the view from the Sky Lounge at the top of the City Inn, later mint, now the Double Tree (so technically is a Hilton!)Surely the Hilton on Neville St. is to the left of the bridge in the centre of the view just out of view.... It would be next to the white building centre middle which is the old Green Flag building, now another insurance co.
