Okay, I think its easy enough to guess what it is. But where is it situated in Leeds?
Is this the end of the story ...or the beginning of a legend?

Well done Mr D again, here it is in its full glory.Not really sure how long its been up I only noticed it a couple of weeks ago

It may or may not be a sign for these ducks that were near Lock 1 'River Lock' of the Leeds & Liverpool Canal when I took this photo on December 14 2011. The bridge in the rear is Victoria Bridge which is 2 bridges upriver (counting VB) of where this fun 'What & Where?' was taken. It's good to see wildlife in the city centre area.

Hi LeoI was up by + on Fearns Island on Saturday. Crossing from the Armouries I stood looking over the lock gate and there were loads of the small fish/fry.Then something much bigger moved below them, at least a foot long, good sized big fish (dark) whatever it was. Don't really know fish. More Avian.

I don't go to the immediate and near area often but even so I don't recall seeing anyone fishing.

Its not really near the canal office lock, although it is at the beginning of old Aire & Calder Dock shown below.which now looks like this

Great images buffaloskinner. I particularly like the barrels seen in the old image of the Aire & Calder Dock.
