I have looked through the What and Where? section and this feature does not seem to have been used before. The photo was taken on January 3 2012. The view is on a building that I will have passed by countless times but I never spotted this until recently. I would guess though that it is probably well known, but it may be new to at least some.

It can be found on the corner of King Edward Street and Fish Street herehttp://g.co/maps/xxufzThe chap in the middle is Bacchus also known as Dionysus. The god of the grape harvest, winemaking and wine, of ritual madness and ecstasy in Greek mythology!

Correct. Well done Phill. I bet you knew and did not simply look all around Google Street View. It is on King Edward House (KEH) on King Edward Street. The photo with this post was taken on January 3 2012 and shows a view of KEH with the 'images' on its wall next to Fish Street.

This photo (taken on January 3 2012) shows a close-up of a similar set of 'images' on Debenhams immediately opposite those on King Edward House at the King Edward Street/Fish Street junction.

I had the Lands Lane area in mind, but just couldn't recall where exactly. A guy on flickr photographs these kind of things on buildings, so I gave his Leeds photo set a quick glance and found it straight away

One of our lost members had an amazing talent for scanning street view for that purpose and usually got these in record time - come back Brandy mate
