A unexpected British Telecom cover in Scotland Wood.
During a walk on January 1 2025 I noticed a British Telecom cover in an unexpected place. It is near a rough track in Scotland Wood, Alwoodley, between the Buckstone Rock and the 7 Arches Aqueduct. It seems to be such an odd place if there are BT fixtures beneath the cover! Perhaps it covers something that runs to the 7 Arches waterworks but if so it seems well out of position. I only spotted it by chance as it had leaves and twigs covering it, which I removed to take the attached photo. It is though in very good condition so probably not old.
