Personally really like Granary Wharf for a pint on a nice sunny day.
Park Square is also a pleasant spot with some lovely buildings and reminds me of walking around the nice suburbs in London.
What's your favourite area of Leeds city centre?

Hello! My favourite parts of the city centre-park square a green oasis and the little park next to the St John’s Centre and The Victoria Quarter I’ve not got into the city centre for over six years now due to mobility issues I have with walking, but I used to like going to these places and finding somewhere to stop and have a coffee/tea and people watch ‘ I used to work in the city centre and would go for a walk around in my lunch breaks

Though modernised, walking through the old yards gives a feel for their history. Passing through the Dark Arches still makes me look in awe at their building so long ago. Probably not strictly qualifying for the centre of Leeds but the Leeds Dock and adjacent area is very interesting to visit.
