Nice pics but last I heard Skipton came under Craven council.
Has Leeds taken a leaf out of Putin's book and invaded the Dales?

I know you are being somewhat sarcastic but they do have the caveat

What I do find strange is though they list a year there is no date when they should know the exact date, 5th July.

Stage 1 (Leeds-Harrogate via Skipton and the Dales) and Stage 2 (York - Sheffield via Keighley the Pennines).
