When I suggested Emmerdale, I was reading too much into the clue ie assuming "It's not there anymore" implied it was now somewhere else.

I've no idea where it might be except that it looks rural so perhaps it's some sort of farm or smallholding which was demolished to make space for some sort of new housing development on what used to be the edge of Leeds.

Allerton Grange farm?
It used to be said that the statue of the Black Prince had been placed in City Square , near the station, pointing South to tell all the southerners who've just got off the train to b****r off back down south!

It is a farm, it got its name from the building nearest the camera.
