Then and Now. A bar on Merrion Street (July 2010) and now (Aug 2017).
Happening to see a photo I took in July 2010 I decided to see how it compared to the current view. The first photo was taken on July 3 2010 and shows the exterior of 'Sgt Peppers Indie Bar' (SPIB) on Merrion Street (Leeds). The second photo shows a view taken on August 30 2017. SPIB looks as if it might have closed down but I'm only guessing as I don't know its history other than it used to be 'The Stone Roses Bar' before it became SPIB. Perhaps a Secret Leeds member will recall when SPIB closed. The current business is a 'Bar Soba' that does food and drink.
