I'll kick off with,

Good: The number of wonderful parks and open spaces

Bad: The transport infrastructure

And the place is riddled with secret tunnels, many converging on Kirkstall abbey at a massive subterranean gyratory.

..... and in of those tunnels is the headquarters of a bunch of old codgers of whom you can ask any question about the city and they will [eventually] turn up the correct answer.......
