Alot of confusion as to where he lived in Leeds Here is the truthIf you make your way to the parade of shops on Lingfield Drive in Moortown you will see a street opposite called Lingfield Mount.Marco's house is about the 4th on the left up the hill.Make no mistake Marco only feared one person and that was Mr Ken Cobbett headmaster at fir tree school from the early 1960's to the mid 1970s. Marco's influence on cooking came from the fantastic school dinners at Fir Tree school supplied by Mrs Inman.Marco was very fond of the dinner ladies at the school who took a shine to him.Marco had a love for greyhounds dogs in the late 60's early 1970's, maybe he was influenced by older brothers Clive and Graham.Marco was generous too and always looked after his pals with free dinners and Meat whilst working in Ilkley.Marco main haunt in his teens was the chained bull pub.Gotta say he has not changed and is the real deal. You can bet he would be delighted to meet his pld pals Tim Steele and Howard Cohen !!!.Top man Marco !!!
