Poor condition of brickwork by the River Aire near the LSSE.

I took these photos on April 16 2015 from a short way downriver from the Leeds Station Southern Entrance working site. The what seems to be poor looking condition of the brickwork by the side of the River Aire caught my attention. The first photo shows a view of an area by the steps and the second photo shows a zoomed-in view of that area. The third photo shows a zoomed-in view a just little further up river from the steps. I assume that the brickwork condition may not be as poor as it seems and there is no immediate danger of some collapse, but you never know!
