For those who weren't able to attend the meet at the Adelphi, here are the quiz questions I set.

Of course you can search for the answers here - all the questions were sourced from topics mentioned on this website - but it might be fun if forumites challenged themselves and see how they get on without googling.

I'll publish the answers in a week or so.

Round One

1: According to a secretleeds contributor, which now defunct Leeds store had a 'Sulzer air curtain'?

2: Topic of many memories on secretleeds, which TV sitcom was filmed at Quarry Hill Flats?

3: A thread querying the longest pub name in Leeds concluded that it was what?

4: Recently in the news again, who was the designer of what is called on a secretleeds thread the 'Heath Robinson Clock' ? And for a bonus point, which company owns it?

5: There was a slight contretemps on secretleeds in 2007 when it was claimed that which area of Leeds is an island?

6: What is the connection between secretleeds and an old Devonish folk song?

7: The famous 'skulls' mystery. What is the name of the plumbing firm which removed the skulls from the Crown & Fleece to an anonymous building in Buslingthorpe?

8: It was claimed and confirmed by several contributors on secretleeds that a live dolphin show had taken place in the 1970s at which unlikely location in Leeds?

9: 'The Shrogs' is an area close to which Leeds landmark building?

10: Just for fun - spell the name of the famous former pub in Harehills which sounds like 'Ford Green'.
