Hi all,I have just joined after browsing the forum for a while.I thought I might share a video I did at Temple Newsam on Wednesday.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QxNEuqrdimYAlso looking for suggestions where you think would make an excellent subject for a film, i'm keen to get out and fly it with some of the great places in and around leeds. Am thinking along the lines of Kirkstall Abbey etc.I hope you enjoy it.ThanksDrew

Hi Drew. That is an interesting video and view point. I wonder if you were on the observing craft (gyrocopter?) or was it remote controlled? It will be at least 30 years since I was last at Templenewsam. Home Farm seems to have increased a lot in buildings and size from what I recall.

Very impressive. It would be nice to see more such films of other parts of Leeds, but I guess there will be problems flying over the city centre!

It would be interesting to see an aerial view of Pompocali near Bardsey.

Hi Drew and welcome to Secret Leeds! Thanks for posting your video - fascinating viewing and so skillful!Another suggestion would be the Harewood Estate as you'd be able to film it from a publicly accessible path. However, as it's a private estate I don't know the legalities of flying a remote control machine over it. I'd love to see the Emmerdale village film set too (although I have "driven" around it on Google Street View)
