The water feature in City Square seems to have not worked for ages. I think the image of it actually working in one of the Secret Leeds top of the pages images now comes as a bit of a shock! If it works (I've never tried posting an image through its URL) this is that Secret Leeds image WoW, it worked! Big sigh of relief from me.

I find that statement about not having the skills or knowledge about water features a bit bizarre. Surely the Council have been in a position to dictate to developers that they want proper working water features.
Is it me or has Leeds gone mad

The city square one cost a fortune......bet they daren't (council) tell us how much ! I mean......a fortune, and it's bust.Good old Leeds.......Call for something new, when all they already have is bust.Great call for the council tax payers. This is obviously a major civic priority at the moment.
