A permissive right of way notice next to the canal.

This photo (taken May 14 2012) shows a notice on the ground very close to the Leeds & Liverpool Canal near its end at Granary Wharf. I think that if anyone did do such as skating, sliding, roller skating, skate boarding etc right next to the canal they probably deserve what might happen to them! I guess though the sign may be needed to cover what could happen if there was no such notice.
