Hi. . Ive been to a funeral today and the vicar mentioned that the chap whos funeral it was started his working life at Victoria Metals.He then said unfortunately no one seems to know just where that was. . does anyone know please? It would have been around 1942. . ish.

There was a Victoria Metal Spinning Company at 23 Victoria Road, Holbeck.

Nothing on Leodis, and a quick Google just produces a scrap metal merchant in Wigan. Will try again tomorrow.
