My Dad says that back in the 60's when he was working as an electrician during the demolishion of the Empire theatre ( off of Briggate where Harvey nicks is now ). He saw a King Rat, nearly the size of a cat. When the theatre was demolished the rats all ran out with this King rat at the front like a queen bee.Did anyone else see this or is he just full of it.
