Not often that Leeds appears the specialist "Computer Weekly"http://www.computerweekly.com/Articles/ ... .htmDidn't realise the council had such a large call centre - anyone know where it is?

A deserted building where ever it is - having spent 28 minutes fruitlessly waiting for a live human being to speak to me Thursday last - employers understandably don't like you wasting their time as you learn you are wasting your own hoping for nothing more than a quick answer to a query hopeless and ineffective. A trend Mr Ibbetson should be able to deduce without help

The voice analytic company was probably set up by an ex high up employee of the council who took early severence with a nice lump sum.

Reading http://www.yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk/n ... _1_2048891 I'd guess it's in the old BT offices on Grace St. I occasionally visited it (and Telecom House on Wellington St), and it was pretty cavernous.
