Ken's shot himself in the foot big time there as the only reason Leeds were not liquidated when they went into admin was a second "Creditors" meeting had to be called after the first voted for liquidation. The 2nd meeting only happened because a new "Creditor" came to light late in the piece. That Creditor was Yorkshire Radio who were owed money for broadcasting Leeds games on their station.Ask why Real Radio, Radio Aire, Radio Leeds and several others couldn't broadcast Leeds matches? Nothing to do with the sums being asked for the right presumably?Ask why a Radio station was being paid to broadcast? Nothing to do with Mr Bates being a Director and probably holdng the controling interest of Yorkshire Radio and the requirement for them to be paid for doing so only came to light after a vote to put Leeds into liquidation
