I have just read were the leader of Leeds City Council leisure sevises ,has stated that due to cut backs the council will not be celebrating this christmas ,the cost of celebrations should have been £33,000 i might get my bin emptied in time for christmas then.

It could be a great Christmas for Tilly, you will be due a refund on the 17years Poll Tax you have been paying.
