SecretLeeds - History, culture and architecture in Leeds

I'm curious if anyone remembers this character, used to be around Whinmoor and i think frequented the Staging Post cira late 1970s.Was quite a regular sight around that area for a while, not tattooed like a punk or a biker or something, more like she'd walked out of a circus. I'm told she was on Look North once for being 'the tattoed lady', but never saw that so it may not be true.May have been called Pat, but we are going back 3 decades here, and my memory is hazy.

If its the same lady ,I used to see her often in the old Seacroft Centre.Dont know what her name was but she had short blonde hair and tatoos all the way up both legs.I haven't seen her for years though.

How time moves on, nowaday's if you see a lady up there without tattoo's up both legs you would think it unusual
