The where is a bit of a give away and the what is a road sign, but what is wrong with it and the road in its vicinity

It's on Hunslet road and I'm guessing it's the fact that the new road layout at the junction since they built the flyover means the arrows are wrong?
Steve JonesI don't know everything, I just like to give that impression!

Chameleon my "beef" on this one is the number that deliberately choose the wrong lane. Just before the sign the inside of two lanes splits into the one the sign indicates is a left turn only lane and another that is at this stage straight on this shows it isn't a left turn only

You will note in the previous image the black car drifting in from the outside lane to the middle lane it won't be stopping at that. This image, obviously taken on a different day, shows why. Just beyond the viaduct (roughly where the bus is on this) the inside lane again splits into two lanes. This time both continue straight on towards Great Wilson Street, while the outside two lanes are and remain filters to turn right onto South Accom Road.Note the 7.5 tonner, the yellow City Link van and the red car are cutting in from the middle lane. I think the silver and black cars in the foreground also did as did the white van in the outside lane. Now the 2 dedicated lanes onto SAR might have made sense before the viaduct took Hunslet Distributor Road traffic straight over to SAR even if most Hunslet Low Road Traffic had already cut off through the industrial estate to rejoin SAR where the new roundabout is and now does again. But now 90%+ of the traffic on this section of road goes straight on but it is only one dedicated lane until about 20 yards before the traffic lights for SAR

Make your turn from this lane and 9 times out of 10 some ignorant numpty in the middle lane will try to side-swipe you in their careless belief that they can change lanes go up Noth street from there.
