book wrote: I can remember the Sherburn milk bar that the bikers used to go to. Also the Paprika coffee bar at Hyde Park in Leeds The Sherburn milk bar closed long ago, and the bikers are now nearby at the former New Inn at Newthorpe (twixt Sherburn and the A1) which is now called Squires and is a thriving business with space for hundreds of bikers - they also have sales etc some days.
There's nothing like keeping the past alive - it makes us relieved to reflect that any bad times have gone, and happy to relive all the joyful and fascinating experiences of our own and other folks' earlier days.
