I was in Leeds this afternoon (off to Borders Books & 'Forbidden Planet'), & had parked near 'The City Of Mabgate' pub.The noise made me look up, & what I believe to be a Lynx was circling the city-centre.It disappeared for a few minutes (out of sight/sound?), then reappeared heading roughly north-east over the bus-station , & at a very low altitude (300 feet??)Did anyone else see it?Oh & the time was about 13:20 - 13:30

Difficult taking pics when you're curled in a ball on the deck trying not to get blown away - they are.....rather powerful(sure he'd seen us and decided to give us a treat!).

In another thread somewhere, on a similar topic, I related the fact that Tony - one of our Consultants, used to work at LGI (as have a few of them on 'rotation'), & he still swears blind that he saw an Apache on the heli-padHe freely admits that seeing all that armoury pointing at him (he was in an adjacent building) made him almost soil his scrubs. chameleon wrote: We were up there one day with a camera hoping to catch him as he went by. "I don't believe it!"
