At a guess the north (right) bank of the river walking towards what now is the A61 but has only been there about 12? years

Scratch that. While there is also a background chimney in the correct place I don't ever remember there being a smaller section of the mill. Also a minute later they are entering a gate on the mill side of the river with a couple of towers in the background. If it were that mill the towers would be in the Stourton direction and they certainly aren't cooling towers.
