...when you're on Secret leeds that you have at least three browsers open. One for SL, another for Leodis and yet another for Steetview or another mapping provider and possibly another for some tenous link to steam shovels used in the building of a cermaics factory, that was next to a pub run by someone who went on to become well to do and built a big villa in Headingley that was turned into flats where a mate lived in the mid 1970's who worked at an old night club in Town and possibly attended the Bowie concert at the ice rink before getting the bus home on a route that has now changed but someone saw a restored example of the bus in question in Wales and there's a picture of it in the snow on Leodis......

Yes - mine are Live Search Maps (usually in birdseye view), Edina Historical Digimaps, 19th century British Library newspapers (you need a licence to access the last two) and Google Book Search! Then I see something interesting, go off at a tangent and forget what I was looking up in the first place!

It was the Rollarena not the ice rink!
