Thanks there Fev. Actually those Kirkstall Forge shots are a bit of a sore point at the moment. The P.R company working for the developer had seen them and wanted to use them for publicity and play on the sites historical past. A nice fee was agreed and invoices sent out Until the developer wanted to know how I actually got them lol erm.. a little tricky this one..Needless to say they won't be used now

Phill, my late cousin, Edna Lumb, was an industrial artist, undertaking commisions from around the world with some her work having been shown in the Leeds Gallery.I suspect she would be appreciative of this collection, I see much of her perspective of artefacts within your work but captured in an entirely new medium, one which was unknown in her time.You really do have a rare tallent here.

Phil, tell the developer of KF that you will allow them to use them for free, providing you get full and mentioned acreditation for them! I still walk through Bramley fall woods now and again and really miss those big bangs that used to come from the forge. Seems wierd not hearing them these days! Cracking photo's as usual Phil!    

Thanks for the Kind words there guys. I'll still get you that beer Chris..It would be good to have seen some Of that work Chamaleon. I love photographing Industrial stuff especially derelict, I've some good stuff from Yorkshire chemicals I'll do something with later. We found a load of Archive pictures of the founders, memorabillia and the history of the place too. I did offer to go back and photograph the Forge for them Simon if the price was right lol

I remember my Aunts walls (Edna's mum) being covered with pencil and pastel drawings, especially the one of 'Pa', her father.http://www.lumbscape.org/    

Yes Y.C.L does resemble a disaster zone these days. I've just had a quick look at that link. I like the illustrations there. Especially the engine house. I'll have a good look when I get more time later. I'm just off out for a little night time sortie somewhere in Yorkshire. Now were did I put that Balaclava & torch lol
