SecretLeeds - History, culture and architecture in Leeds

I was recently on a tour of the town hall,and took a photo in the old cells which i thought was quite anonymous.When the pictures came back from the chemist i could see some strange apparitions.One i believe was a Munki and the other a Phil.Any thoughts??

Ha ha. they look strangely like these ruddy hooligans up the clock tower too lol
