Cnosni these flickr links never work - for some reason the language used for SL doesn't recognise @ and excludes everything after it from the hyperlink, copy and paste works though!If you go into your Flickr profile (as I discovered with a little help from that other guy who puts a few snaps up on here ), you can enter a name in your ID which replaces the @xxxxxx identifier which overcomes it.Nice pics - I think I read that there are now 60 pairs over Harewood/Eccup way now, we get them coming over us to the east of there, hunting - an amazing site when they come across the house tops and swoop into the fields to take their catch - our little black & white cat goes balistic and growls like the devil at them but wisely, keeps her distance! Not managed to picture one yet.

Cant find what you mean mate,thick or what.went into profile but couldnt find what you said.The pics were some of my first goes with my new DSLR,i need a bigger lens as these pics are blown up to the max that i could before the quality deteriorated too much.lenses are expensive though!!

You know you're from Leeds (rather than Morley, Pudsey, Wetherby, Otley etc) when you call the city "town" There are plenty of people living in Morley of my acquaintance from the city of Leeds. I "go into Leeds" they "go into town" For me Leeds is erm Leeds, "town" is Morley.

Tony Judd - ex regular soldier and other jobs who lived, IIRR, at Lower Wortley. His pitch was at the bottom of Lands Lane at the junction with Commercial Street. He was the nicest chap you could hope to meet, very genuine, and has no doubt moved on to something more suitable to his character and capabilities.Do you also remember another chap, just along Commercial Street from there, who had the most amazing deep powerful voice, rather like Paul Robeson, and used to sing all sorts of folk music and evangelical hymns etc. - unaccompanied. I always felt sure that with training he really could have been a professional singer.

Can someone please explain their version of the meaning of the term"LOINER" I have mine, and I wonder if it compares with yours?Thanks Lyndoch For the record ....The Leeds United win has generated much interest here..I went to the cricket match at Adelaide Oval last Sunday and saw not one but two Leeds U tops in evidence..
