Another crack. I love the texture of the bricks in this one.

simonm wrote: One of mine. Although, no laughing, I'm still buggering about with night shots.. (The B&W over train bridge!) That's great, it comes away from the usual "Oh look, a road, with lights on" and yet it does show movement and at the same time is very still, nice contrast! A bit of a tighter crop on the prison one would set it off nicely as well, you know, so the leading lines of the bridge are central!!Nice updates all round though, HOOZAR

I just added a tad saturation & sharpness on picasso, nothing major. All my shots come out vivid like that lol The gen is here.Camera:     Nikon D40Exposure:     30 sec (30)Aperture:     f/22Focal Length:     18 mmISO Speed:     200Exposure Bias:     0/6 EVISO Speed:     200Software:     Picasa 3.0Date and Time:     2008:03:24 20:43:36YCbCr Positioning:     Co-SitedExposure Program:     Aperture priority    http://www.flickr.com/photos/phill_dvsn/2457751998/

It's great, I was about to make an exception because I dont normally like HDR my self, I dont really like this whole photo shopping thing. I use it for Black and White filtering Resizing imagesBurn and dodge here and there, And some times selective colouring.but too much of todays photography is done on the PC and not enough emphasis is put on the actuall 'art' when you're out there taking the pictures. Here's a picture of my cat Jess. Guarding the Yorkshire Stone steps

That needs donkey-stoning, mate (the step, not the cat!)Speaking as an ex-art director, I have to say we have some talented photographers on here.
