Any date should be ok for me as long as it includes evening.

OK Folks, I went to the pub earlier today to see about dates.We are now booked in for Saturday 23rd May from 12 noon.They can do us a buffet for £3.50 a head or for £4.50 include a main course such as chili.Their chef makes it all fresh,it's not frozen reheated stuff.so lets have definite figures by the end of the month so that food can be booked and paid for.
