You just need to send a letter identifying your charitable status to your supplier in with your official order.
We wanted to make Leeds a better place for the future - but we're losing it. The tide is going out beneath our feet.

I bet there are one or two "Accountants" out there who would advise their clients to register as charities. You don't have to make a profit - just pay yourself a high enough salary to take care of any profits - pay 15% to some good cause (where may be your "relations" are beneficiaries) and Bobs your uncle.Seem to recall that Tony Hancock had a sketch where he had a charity for retired comedians - where he was the only one who claimed on it.

I've worked in the '3rd sector' some and charities in general are pretty strangely run and by some odd people.
Evil and ambition scatter in the the darkness, leaving behind dubious rumors to fly in public. To the next world, I commit thee.
