Hi!Does anybody know Johnny Solstice? He goes in the Duck and Drake and The Grove etc, bit of a hippy poet, also knocks about with a geezer called Keith who sells antiques etc who has an adorable little border terrier called 'Chip'. Also a guy who knocks around pubs around Hyde Park called 'Span' aka Spandau Ballet as he claims he resembles Tony Hadley. Be warned however as he is a bit of a nuisance!

I remember him cleaning Armley Town Street daily and seeming to never stop singing. My dad always gave him a couple of quid at Christmas.

My Gran, on dads side, lived in Mistress Lane maisonettes and my Dad was brought up there. Not knowing how old you are Chris, or wanting to be insulting, did you or your parents know Dave and Peter Armstead?

Does anyone know a guy from middleton called colin? You'll often see him lookin through skips, or if he see's any furniture in someones garden he'll knock on the door and ask if he can have it! He's a nice genuine bloke, and talks to anyone, and anyone who talks to him get to know him instantly!
