Actually to partly answer my last query. I just checked out the site on the Internet Archive site (http://www.archive.org)and discovered that although they have quite a few back ups from 2007, they only have one snapshot from February 2008 for this year!

I downloaded those which were threatened with deletion, purely in the interests of posterity you understand
