Where's me flat cap..?     I reckon most people from south of Notts/Derbys can't tell the difference between a Manc and a Loiner - or West Yorkshire and Lancashire generally - apart from the Lancashire "ow" sound, the accents are very similar - but when Teeside, Geordie, and Scouse start to creep in then I'm sure even a cockerney can tell
