And not that near to residential property either ?They never cease to amaze me with some of their judgements.

In terms of large infrastructure projects, generally, large infrastructure operators can build and operate cheaper than the council (their procurement process is shocking) but also the council doesn't have an expensive depreciating asset messing up their accounts and your council tax bill.

Fair play guys......if I lived anywhere near to it however,I would not be best pleased.Noise,traffic movements,dust,possible dangerous toxic emissions etc etc
