We buy Wilsons pies on a regular basis(once a week) together with their own mushy peas.Recently I think the pastry is not as good as it was.Seems to be undercooked sometimes and can be in layers.Change of staff/ovens or losing quality to supply the demand ?Instead of buying 3 small pies I now buy one large pie, less crust and more meat I think
