ITV to close Kirkstall Road studio as part of cost cutting

Apparently the land that the YTV studios building sits on belongs to Trinity College Cambridge. Anyone any idea how this comes about, and for how long that's been the case ?

"Emmerdale is staying here, and it has a production centre in Farsley as well as the set at Harewood"Nope - the Emmerdale production centre is on Burley Road in Leeds, right next door to the main YTV building. It's where they film the interior shots. They moved outta Farsely a long while ago. I should know, I work there

Didn't know that - I was basing it on the website of the chap who 'outed' the Harewood set. So the smaller, anonymous building that's painted in the same colours as the main one is staying

I bet it'd work too. There's nowt else like that in Leeds, the students and the kids'll love it. I'd be back in Leeds more often!

If I remember correctly (or maybe not). It used to be the bowling alley on the ground floor,Silver Blades above then "Caroline's above.
