Hi agen Daver Polly!Sorry abt shutting down last nite. It's frustrating whenwhat you type has half the letters missing! I went back ontoemail afterwards and my typing was fine! So hope it doesn'tgo doolalyagen on here. I'm sure it's the SL Lurgy at weekends,as quoted by other posters! Innit? So sorry I didn't get ure email with that piccy. I changedmy ema After 10th Oct and am on Talktalk now.(Bluddy Keyboard acting up agen!).Anyway, looking at that pic agen it looks morelate 1920's than thirties going by the teacher'slong smock! I started at BR in 1937 as a 7 year oldso don't recognise any faces! I think it looks like aninfant's class (5or6 yr olds). Are there any other BR school fotos where you gotthis one from?Be nice to recognise any old mates. By the way,I left BR in 1941 to go to Brudenell (aged 11).All for now as I'ma bit fed up having to retype everyother word! Mebbe SL will be better during te week!CheersluvArryXPS. Are you sure that's Burley Road and not BurleyLAWN school? I don't remember any windows so low down. The old window apertures are still in situ but Double glazed.and they must be around 8 ft to the Bottom sills.!Arry
